Terms of Service & EULA

These Terms govern your use of the KidzSync apps and website. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Who can use KidzSync

You must be at least 18 and a parent/guardian invited by a centre, or a member of a childcare centre's staff authorised to use the Service. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.

2. Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the KidzSync apps on devices you control, for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or misuse the Service.

3. Acceptable use

Use the Service lawfully and respectfully. Do not upload unlawful or harmful content, attempt to access data you're not authorised to see, or disrupt the Service. Content about children must only be shared with people entitled to see it.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant KidzSync a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service. You're responsible for having the right to share content, including any necessary parental consents.

5. Payments

Fees are set and collected by your centre, not by KidzSync. Depending on your centre and country, KidzSync may show your invoices and balance, and may pass a payment to a regulated payment provider that handles it under its own terms. We never hold your money ourselves.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, KidzSync excludes implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These Terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

7. App-store terms

If you download from the Apple App Store or Google Play, their terms also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for the Service or support. Where required, Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them.

8. Termination, changes & law

You or your centre may close your account at any time (see Data & account deletion). We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes. These Terms are governed by the law of the country in which the KidzSync operating entity is established. Wherever you live, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your own country, and nothing here stops you bringing a claim in your local courts. Contact: legal@kidzsync.com.
